Refund and Warranty Policy
In Redata We offer digital and customized services (web development, applications, automation, and reporting). Due to the nature of these services, we do not issue refunds once the final work has been delivered or development has begun, unless the client's previously approved proposal does not meet the requirements.
However, we guarantee:
- Fixes and adjustments within the scope of the contracted service.
- Post-delivery support for a period of 21 days to resolve technical incidents directly related to the work performed.
- In the event that a service cannot be completed for reasons attributable to Redata, the customer may request a full or partial refund of the amount paid.
To request a refund or warranty, the customer must contact us through [email protected] within the 21 days after delivery of the service.
