- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your username and password.
- Report any unauthorized use immediately.
5. User Obligations
- Use the platform in accordance with the law and these Terms.
- Do not violate the security, integrity or availability of the services.
- Do not upload illegal, offensive, or third-party protected content.
6. Intellectual Property
- All copyrights, trademarks and other intellectual property rights in and to the platform and its content belong to Redata or its licensors.
- The user receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license for personal use of the contracted services.
7. Responsibility and Guarantees
- We are committed to providing services with due professional diligence.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation; in the event of a failure, we will act according to the agreed service level.
- We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits or loss of data.
8. Limitation of Liability
In any case, our total liability will not exceed the amount actually paid by the user in the last 12 months.
9. Duration and Termination
- These Terms apply while you use our services.
- You can terminate your account at any time, subject to compliance with any outstanding obligations.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate service for material breaches of these Terms.
10. Modifications

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Argentine law. For any dispute, both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of Corrientes.
